About Me

- I am a textile artist living in the suburbs of London with my husband and daughter and numerous pets. I have recently gained a BA (hons) in embroidered textiles to add to my other qualifications both in textiles and teaching. I am a Licentiate of the Society of Designer Craftsmen, Leader of the exhibiting group Material Girls and instigator and founder Chair of the Eastern Region Textile Forum. My practice is led by my work with both fibres and thread. I am most likely to be found sewing in my studio or sketching/photographing and wishing I lived near the sea!

Many thanks for that - great if you can get some pics. I understand that there is a CD catalogue and Avril York is putting some pics on Picasa. I'll try to get my mitts on the CD but don't want to badger Alex at the moment.
